Terms of Use, Conditions & Driver Conduct

Booking a Ride

All rides must be booked in advance. Bookings made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time require the customer to contact us by phone after submitting the booking request, so that we can provide final confirmation and coordinate the trip. This process allows us to check driver availability, review the trip details, and ensure that the requested service can be properly arranged.

Submitting trip details, sending an inquiry through the website, or receiving a quotation does not, by itself, constitute final confirmation of a booking. A ride will be considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation has been provided by the company and subject to actual availability.

The company reserves the right to decline a booking when it is unable to provide the requested service at the requested time, including due to driver availability, vehicle requirements, road conditions, or other relevant circumstances.

Providing Accurate Trip Details

When booking a ride, customers must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including the passenger’s name, travel date, pickup time, pickup address, destination, number of passengers, number of luggage items, and flight number when traveling to or from an airport.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect vehicle availability, pickup arrangements, pricing, or our ability to provide the requested service.

Any changes to the booking details, including changes to the pickup time, address, destination, number of passengers, or amount of luggage, should be communicated to the company as early as possible.

Cancellations and changes to confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation terms set out below.

Passenger Delays

Passengers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed pickup time.

A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in a delay, change, or cancellation of the ride, depending on the circumstances and the driver’s ability to wait without affecting other scheduled commitments.

If a passenger expects to be late, they should contact the company as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays; however, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to wait beyond a reasonable period.

Delays and Road Conditions

Travel times may be affected by traffic congestion, accidents, roadworks, road closures, weather conditions, unusual events, changes in traffic arrangements, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company or driver.

The company will make reasonable efforts to meet the confirmed pickup and arrival times. However, exact travel times cannot be guaranteed when external circumstances affect road or traffic conditions.

The company reserves the right to accept or decline a booking based on driver availability, vehicle requirements, road conditions, and its practical ability to provide the requested service at the requested time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made through the company as early as possible.

  • More than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No cancellation fee.

  • Less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time: A cancellation fee of 25% of the ride price may apply.

  • Less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time: A cancellation fee of 50% of the ride price may apply.

  • No show at the pickup location without prior notice: A charge of 50% of the ride price may apply, or another charge based on the circumstances and actual costs incurred, to the extent permitted by law.

In exceptional or special circumstances, the company may consider adjusting or waiving the applicable cancellation fee at its discretion.

Responsibility for Providing the Ride

The company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that confirmed rides are provided according to the details agreed with the customer.

If the assigned driver is unable to perform the ride for any reason, the company will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement driver and notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Any replacement driver will be subject to actual availability and the company’s ability to provide a suitable vehicle. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights the customer may have under applicable law.

Ride Pricing

Ride prices are determined according to the type of service, vehicle type, travel distance, travel time, road conditions, number of passengers, amount of luggage, and any additional services requested.

Where tariffs or other requirements established by the Israeli Ministry of Transport or another competent authority apply, the price will be calculated in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant type of journey.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the website refer to transportation in a vehicle with up to 4 passenger seats.

The price may change if a larger vehicle is required, if the trip details change, if additional pickup or drop-off points are added, if waiting time is required, or if additional services are requested.

Any quotation is based on the trip information provided at the time the quotation is issued and on the terms agreed with the customer.

Additional Services and Charges

Child Safety Seat

A child safety seat can be requested in advance, subject to availability, for an additional fee of ₪50, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Customers should request a child safety seat when making the booking so that the company can make the necessary arrangements in advance.

Additional Pickup or Drop-Off Points

Additional pickup or drop-off points located close to the planned route may be provided without an additional charge, subject to the circumstances and prior coordination.

Remote locations or additional stops that are not close to the planned route may involve an additional charge of ₪25, or another applicable fee based on the distance and service required.

Regular customers may be eligible for certain fee exemptions or special arrangements, subject to the terms agreed with the company.

Vehicle Type and Luggage Requirements

When making a booking, customers must provide accurate information regarding the number of passengers, number and size of suitcases, and any unusually large or special items of luggage.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate luggage information so that an appropriate vehicle can be arranged for the journey.

If, after the booking has been arranged, it becomes clear that the quantity or size of the luggage cannot be accommodated safely in the selected vehicle, the company may offer or assign a larger vehicle, subject to availability.

In such circumstances, the price may change according to the vehicle required. Where reasonably possible, the customer will be informed of any price change before the ride takes place.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made using the payment methods offered on the website or during the booking process, including credit cards and any other payment methods available at the time of booking.

Payment terms, fees, or additional charges, where applicable, will be presented or communicated to the customer according to the method used to arrange the booking.

For payments made in advance, any applicable payment and refund terms will be subject to the payment method used and the terms presented at the time of the transaction.

Driver Conduct

Performing the Ride

The driver will carry out the ride according to the destination and requirements agreed and confirmed in advance, and will make reasonable efforts to reach the destination using the shortest, most practical, and safest route, taking into account road conditions and the circumstances of the journey.

The driver will consider reasonable passenger requests where they can be accommodated safely and in accordance with applicable law and traffic regulations.

Changes to the Destination or Route

If a passenger requests a change to the destination, route, or stopping point during the journey, the driver may accommodate the request where reasonably possible and where doing so does not conflict with road conditions, traffic regulations, safety requirements, or the driver’s ability to operate the vehicle safely.

Such changes may affect the price of the ride, depending on the applicable terms and the changes actually made.

Unsafe or Inaccessible Destinations

If the requested destination or route is inaccessible, presents a safety concern, does not allow for safe stopping, or if the driver feels threatened or is unable to continue safely, the driver may decline to proceed to the requested destination or along the requested route.

In such circumstances, the driver will explain the reason to the passenger and, where reasonably possible, offer a safe alternative stopping location from which the passenger may continue their journey.

Taximeter and Ride Fare

The taximeter will be operated in accordance with applicable law.

The operation of the taximeter, determination of the applicable fare, and collection of payment will be carried out in accordance with the law and the rules applicable to the relevant type of journey.

Where a fixed tariff or a fare determined under an arrangement permitted by law applies, the price will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules and conditions.

Invoice or Receipt

The journey will be documented and an invoice or receipt will be provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements and where required or requested.

Payment will be collected in accordance with the terms agreed with the customer and the rules applicable to the relevant service and journey.

Safe Driving

The driver will operate the vehicle responsibly and with due care, taking into account road conditions, weather, traffic congestion, visibility, roadworks, closures, and other circumstances that may affect the safety or comfort of the journey.

The driver will not disregard safety requirements or take any action that could endanger passengers, the driver, or other road users in order to accommodate a passenger request.

Luggage Assistance

The driver will assist the passenger with loading and unloading luggage where reasonably possible and appropriate in the circumstances.

Where reasonably required and practical, the driver may also assist passengers when entering or exiting the vehicle, particularly where luggage or the passenger’s needs make such assistance appropriate.

Audio System

The driver will consider reasonable requests concerning the vehicle’s audio system. The volume may be adjusted according to the passenger’s preference, provided that this does not distract the driver or interfere with safe vehicle operation.

Smoking in the Vehicle

Smoking inside the vehicle is subject to applicable law and the rules governing public vehicles. The driver will comply with all applicable legal restrictions concerning smoking in the vehicle.

Cleanliness and Order

The driver will make reasonable efforts to arrive for each pickup with a clean, tidy, comfortable, and properly maintained vehicle, without unnecessary items or remnants from previous passengers.

Professional Appearance and Conduct

Drivers are expected to maintain a clean, neat, and respectable appearance while providing transportation services.

Drivers are expected to provide courteous, patient, respectful, and professional service throughout the journey.

Passenger Privacy

The driver will respect the passenger’s privacy and personal space.

As a general rule, the driver will avoid initiating conversations concerning personal, political, religious, or unrelated matters unless the passenger chooses to engage in such a conversation.

Communication with Passengers

The driver will communicate with passengers clearly, courteously, patiently, and respectfully.

Questions concerning the journey, destination, pickup location, route, or service will be handled in a professional and polite manner.

Changes During the Journey

If an adjustment to the route, pickup location, or destination becomes necessary during the journey due to road conditions or other circumstances, the driver may make reasonable adjustments in order to maintain safety, accessibility, and compliance with applicable traffic regulations.

Driver and Vehicle Identification

In every public vehicle, the required identification details (name plates or identification signs) of the driver and the rights holder of the vehicle will be clearly displayed in Hebrew and English, as required by applicable law.

These identification details allow passengers to identify the driver and the relevant rights holder of the vehicle.

Compliance with Applicable Law

All services, bookings, and journeys are subject to the laws and regulations applicable in Israel, including the requirements of the Israeli Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, traffic regulations, and any other applicable law.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.

The company may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the way services are provided, applicable tariffs, operational requirements, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on the website and will apply in accordance with applicable law.
