Terms and conditions of website use.

Service Orders:

Transportation services may be ordered in advance via the booking form or through the website chat.

Rides scheduled within less than 3 hours require phone confirmation and explicit ride approval after submitting the order.

Accurate details must be provided to ensure timely arrival.

Changes or cancellations are possible, provided notice is given in advance.

A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in cancellation of the ride.

Prices are confirmed in advance with no hidden charges.

Delays caused by traffic congestion or weather conditions are beyond our control.

Taxi bookings are subject to driver availability.

The company makes every effort to honor bookings and reserves the right to approve or decline any order.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees:

Early cancellation: Cancellation more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup/landing time – no cancellation fee.

Intermediate cancellation: Cancellation less than 2 hours but more than 1 hour before the ride – 25% of the order amount will be charged.

Late cancellation: Cancellation less than 1 hour (60 minutes) before the ride – 50% of the order amount will be charged.

No-show: Failure to arrive at the pickup point within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may result in a charge of 50% or more, at the company’s discretion.

Pricing and Payment – General Terms:

Accuracy of details:

The customer undertakes to provide information (name, addresses, location, time, number of passengers, number and size of luggage).

Service responsibility:

The company take responsibility for performing the ride.

In the event a driver cancels, the company will arrange a replacement driver and notify the customer accordingly.

Refusal of service:

A driver may refuse a ride only for reasonable grounds (such as safety concerns) and may not condition acceptance of a ride on a distant destination or a higher fare.

Fare Rates and Calculation Method:

The fare is determined in accordance with the Supervision Order on the Prices of Commodities and Services – the updated price list of the Ministry of Transport.
All prices are displayed for reference purposes only and apply to travel in a standard 4-passenger vehicle only. Prices do not include VAT, credit card processing fees, additional stops or extra services such as waiting inside the terminal or child safety seats.

Taximeter requirement:

Taxi drivers are required to operate the taximeter for all urban and intercity rides, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer and with the customer’s informed consent.

Fixed fares apply to intercity rides where agreed.

Taximeter tariffs:

Tariff 1 (Day): 05:30–21:00

Tariff 2 (Night & weekends): 25% surcharge on the base fare (21:00–05:30, Saturdays and holidays)

Common Surcharges:

Phone or app booking: No additional charge.

Airport pickup: No additional charge.

Hand luggage, suitcases, large luggage and wheelchairs: No additional charge.

Child safety seat upon request: ILS 50 surcharge; free of charge for regular customers.

Multiple stops:

Very nearby additional stop: No charge

Distant or additional stops: ILS 25 per stop; free for regular customers.

If the luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, a larger vehicle will be ordered and the quoted price may be adjusted accordingly.

Accepted payment methods:

Cash, credit card or payment apps such as Bit and Paybox.
